White Chicken Chili (Lindsey)

1 small onion (Chopped)
3-4 Chicken breasts ( Cut into chunks)
64 oz jar Great Northern Beans
1 can chicken broth
1 jar salsa
1 package/block montery jack cheese

Combine onion and chicken into pot and cook till chicken is browned. Then add beans (including their liquid), broth and salsa. Bring up to a boil. Cut your cheese into smaller chunks and add it to the boiling chili. Once the cheese is melted you are ready to eat!Enjoy!!
