Chile Relleno Breakfast Casserole (Erika)

Ingredients
1 lb. Jack Cheese shredded
1 lb. Cheddar cheese shredded
3 7oz. cans whole green chilis, rinsed, split, patted dry
4-5 beaten eggs
1med can evaporated milk
2 T. flour
1/2 - 1 cup Salsa

Procedure
1 - Grease or Pam spray lasagna size pan
2 - Layer - 1/2 chilis1/2 cheese1/2 chilis1/2 cheese
3- Beat eggs with flour and milk
4 - Pour over cheese
5 - Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until top is solid
6 - Top with Salsa
7 - Bake 10-15 min more
8 - Let it sit for at least 5 minutes before you cut it, or it will be runny.
