Pulled Turkey Sandwiches (Kari)

Ingredients
This is great for a big party (1st birthday maybe? ) I made a 22 lb. turkey and it fed at least 30 people.

For each 20-22 pound turkey, use the following:
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg dry Lipton Onion soup

Procedure
Bake turkey(s) as directed. Save all broth. Pull meat apart - do not cut it. Turkey and broth may be made ahead of time and frozen, separately.Mix soups with turkey broth, heat to get the lumps out Put turkey in roasting pan and pour soup mixture over turkey. Bake for 3 hours at 300 . A 20/22 pound turkeys feeds around 30 people.

This freezes well too.
