Meatloaf (Erin)


And, a friend of mine's meatloaf recipe:

1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
1 lb sausage
2-3 eggs
3-4 slices of bread, crumbled
1 small onion diced
1 small can diced tomatoes

put all the above in a large bowl and mix together well. drain juice from the tomatoes and save. divide into 2 loaf pans. bakeat 350 for 1-1 1/2 hrs.


melt a stick of butter and add enough flour to take up the butter. stir in a medium sized can of tomato sauce and the juice from the tomatoes. add a little milk. use salt, pepper, and worcestershire to taste. swerve warm over meatloaf.
