Tortellini Spinach Casserole (Molly)

In casserole dish, mix:
2 9 oz. packages refrigerator cheese tortellini (Buitoni's or store brand), boiled for a few minutes and drained
2 10 oz. boxes Jolly Green Giant Creamed Spinach, thawed
1 can diced tomatoes, with Garlic, Basil, & Oregano, drained (I usually heat with sauteed onion, first)
1 cup mozzarella cheese

On top, sprinkle with bread crumbs and add more mozzarella and some Parmesan. Bake at 350 until browned and bubbly. Yummy.
