Mama Reita's Meat Loaf (AmyB)

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 slices bread, torn into pieces
1/2 c. milk (I have also used beer for the liquid with greatresults)
1 egg
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each of pepper, sage, celery salt and garlic salt (I actually play around with the seasoning, sometimes omitting the celery salt and instead using some basil or oregano)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Ketchup, to taste (of course! Bottled chili sauce also tastes great, too)

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into loaf in loaf pan and spread ketchup over top of loaf. Bake approximately 1 hour.
