1 pound hamburg (or ground turkey)
1 package egg noodles (can use any other type of noodles)
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Boil noodles until done. In meantime, cook hamburger (season to taste). Add 2 cans of cream of mushroom and 1/2 - 1 can of water (thick enough for a sauce). Add mushrooms. Stir in egg noodles and serve.
