Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can rotel
2 lb velvetta
2 pkg corn chips
1 envelope chili seasonings (chili mix)
1 cup whipping cream
sour cream
**** Serves 15. We always cut in half and still have leftovers
Procedure
1. In a Dutch oven, brown beef and drain.
2. Add tomato sauce and chili mix.
3. Heat through.
3. Add diced cheese and cream.
4. Cook until cheese is melted.
5. Serve over chips with sour cream
