Oven Baked BBQ Chicken (Lisa)

Ingredients
6-12 pieces of chicken (I use 5 leg quarters)
6 tablespoons ketchup
4 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
4 tablespoons butter
8 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons paparika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder

Procedure
Preheat oven to 500. Place chicken in the bottom of a large roast pan (do not use glass). Mix and heat all ingredients (exceptchicken) in a saucepan until they are hot and liquid. Pour over chicken in pan. Bake covered at 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue to bake, covered, for 1.5 hours.

This is so moist it just falls off the bone! You may want to save the sauce that remains in the bottom of the pan so you can pour it over the chicken before eating. Goes well with flavored rice (such as Rice-a-Roni).
