1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Accent seasoning
1 clove garlic
2 lbs fajita meat (we use skirt steak)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped onions
Mix ingredients and pour over meat. BBQ.
My mother in law pours the marinade back over it after cooking. OR
I prefer it the way James makes it. He takes a heavy duty pan and heats the marinade on the grill. Then he cuts up the meat after cooking and throws it in the pan with the marinade. Mix well and allow to heat. Then serve.
