Ingredients
1/2 cup Margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 & 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour (I usually use whole wheat flour)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda1 cup chocolate chips
Procedure
Combine margarine, the sugars egg and vanilla. Add the rest (chocolate chips last). Bake for about 12-15 minutes at 350. The top should be soft but not gooey.
